MoU signing between Alpro Physio and MAHSA University

MAHSA University and ALPRO PHYSIO, under the auspices of Assoc. Prof. Chan Sook Chin (MAHSA) and the presence of witness Miss Stella Lau Kah Wai, Mr. Chong Lai Wai, Miss Lim En Ni, Miss Lau Phooi Yee, and Miss Chua Ee Lin (ALRPO) signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 24th March 2019. The seal of collaboration between both parties were signed by PROF. DATO DR Ishak Bin Abdul Razak (MAHSA) and Director Wong Ching Yaw (ALPRO PHYSIO). This marks a step forward in creating a platform for exposure to support the clinical and training program among MAHSA physiotherapy student through engagement with real life service. One Stop Seri Damai Community Service

The Alpro Physio Kuantan conducted another com munity service in the One Stop Nursing Home Kuantan on 26/3/2019. There are about 15 residents in the center and they are taking care by the nurse. The residents are treated well with nursing care and physiotherapy services. Warm welcome given by the organizer and Physiotherapist As usual we began with the introduction and ice breaking following by the therapy sessions. We have integrated some musics and task performance for them to make it different from their normal routine of physiotherapy sessions. They were very happy to involve in our physiotherapy sessions. At the end of the session, they greeted us happily and welcomed us wholeheartedly

I'm A Fabulous Woman

In conjunction with Women's Month (March), Alpro Physio had took part in the event organised by Alpro Pharmacy "I'm a Fabulous Woman" which was held on the 31st of March 2019. We set up a booth which was managed by 2 of our Physiotherapists - Ms Malarvely d/o Kannan and Ms Tan Chiaw Wen. At the booth, participants were able to make inquiries regarding physiotherapy and healthcare issues. Complimentary Consultation vouchers and informational pamphlets were given out as the participants registered themselves at the booth. Again we visited Weng Da Old Folks Home, Seremban and spent some valuable time teaching some simple breathing and warm up exercises. Spending time with them and making each other happy with group exercise is an awesome experience.
